Construction started on the 46 story Brickell House condos on July 18th for one of Downtown Miami/Brickell’s premiere luxury residential developments since the 2008-2009 economic downturn. Newgard Development Group commemorated the event with a ceremony held at the BrickellHouse construction site at 1300 Brickell Bay Dr.
